The team lead by Georgina Hunter and Charles Roberts were always professional, reliable and approachable. I was pleased with their efforts to enquire and follow up appointments whenever the property required maintenance attendance. They were always respectful of our privacy and ensured that what ever was required was done with the least inconvenience to both us and the landlord.

Georgina is an incredibly thorough and professional property manager and appears to have a wealth of experience. As a property owner myself (Interstate) I would have no reservations in asking Georgina to manage my property. I would feel happy and confident that she would be committed to caring for my property as though it were her own.

I recently had the privilege of purchasing a property in Casino through Troy Carey of Meridian PG.
 
I found Troy’s manner to be professional but relaxed. He displayed a very friendly, helpful, open and caring nature and gave good advice. He was happy to take me to various properties of interest and was accommodating in answering my questions and concerns and requests.
 
Troy has good product knowledge and listens attentively to a purchaser’s requirements and so is able to match a purchaser’s needs with an appropriate property. I am sure that Troy would use his product knowledge and his listening skills to help give equally sound advice to a seller.
 
Troy has helpful local knowledge and is happy to share what he knows. This local knowledge has been ongoing since my purchase and (especially as a new-comer to the town) this knowledge has been much appreciated.

For the last few weeks our properties have been managed by Georgina Hunter. 
There has been some problems with tenancy in Unit 1 / 59 Sheppard Street, again.  Seems that we will always been having a few issues there for a while.
Throughout, Georgina has been very professional and diligent. This applies to her procedures for interviewing and discussing tenants, the inspections she has been conducting and sending electronic reports through, and most of all, remaining positive and proactive. 
Also she has been very good at communicating and seeking advice from myself when necessary.

I am writing this testimonial in regards to the effort that Troy Carey from Meridian PG puts into the sales of his clients properties. Troy I find is a down-to-earth character who is easy to talk to. He is straight forward with me which is what I like in a salesperson. Troy put a large amount of effort into selling our property where other real estates had failed. Troy very much kept us in the loop and conversed with us mostly weekly.

Troy tries to think outside the box and come up with new ideas/strategies to get the properties out there in the community. This is very important to me as the market is not a seller’s market at the moment so for me I needed to know that Troy was doing all that he could.
